My husband and I are looking for a stable female with weekly income to rent one of our bedrooms in our house for 1 year. Rent would be 350.00 to 450.00 a month depending on offers accepted like the room with a TV and cable. We have 2 dogs and smoke but no smoking inside. Only cleaning that would be expected would be to pick up after yourself, the room you sleep in and your own laundry. Bedrooms are furnished with bed and dresser.
