Upscale residential quiet neighborhood. Convenient to CDC, Emory, & I-85.
One 12 x 13 room, furnished bedroom which can be unfurnished at your request (rent stays the same). $300 deposit. There are 2.5 bathrooms. There is one full and a half bath upstairs & will be shared with you on occasion with guest who come to my home. There is another full bathroom downstairs which is also available for your use. the master bedroom is downstairs-which is where I stay so I will probably use the downstairs bathroom most frequently.
Utilities provided: Water, heat/air, trash/sewer, electricity, internet access through cable however, pay per view channels are extra).
If you have pets, please tell me what kind of pet it is. Most caged pets I will accept.

I have laundry facilities upstairs in my home.
I am a graduate student working on my PhD. I do have pets, 2 dogs, 3 cats, & 2 caged hamsters. If you are allergic to dogs/cats/small aniimals please look elsewhere because my animals are very friendly.
