I have a 1500 square foot house in Troy, Ohio. It is 3 bedroom, one of which is mine and one of which is converted into a computer room. My master has its own bathroom and there is another bathroom in the hallway, this could be your private bathroom. I have a washer and dryer on site. I have a sectional couch and a 32" TV. There is a decent sized kitchen and dining room. I have a fenced in back yard. There is a 2 car garage but half of it is used as my welding area. When I am not using this stuff it can be put out of the way and 2 cars can be parked in there. Also, this is just a small thing, I have a keggerator in my garage, a dart board, a small bar and 19" tv for fun.
Have all of the house furnished except for the bedroom I only have a dresser. The bedroom also has a decent size closet for hanging clothes. Bedroom is a decent size. There is no TV hook up in the room but if you want one in the room I can arrange for it to be installed.
I have a one and a half year old boxer. She is a very loving dog not mean doesn't bite. Renter must like dogs.
Rent would be $525 OBO which includes rent, gas, electric, water, tv, and internet. Rent would go up if you chose to have cable in the room.
