Preferred room and roommate description

Starting a new job in the Plano area. Looking for a room to rent - possibly long-term in Plano, Frisco, Richardson or North Dallas. Prefer neat/clean, responsible professional as a roommate. Would like a christian roommate however if one has good morals woud be ok. NON-SMOKER, NON-DRUGEE, non-party animal a must. Occasional drink is ok but not a drunkard. I do not dislike animals just prefer not to have them -- so 1 might be acceptable as long as it's not a mess maker (drooling in shoes, chewing up belongings, etc).
