Preferred room and roommate description

First off, I am a DEPENDABLE roommate -- I pay rent when it's due, know when to respect a housemate's quiet time, and can be proactive in contributing to the clean up of shared spaces. I consider myself very easy to get along with. I am sarcastic, "drama-free" and not here to judge. I do not drink, but also do not have a problem with alcohol. I work and go to school full time. Privacy is important. I come as a package deal, complete with two male cats (both fixed and de-clawed) -- they're extremely good-natured (and can be confined to my room if absolutely necessary), but will obviously pose a problem if you're allergic. Overall, I am looking for a place I can call home. NOTE: I am NOT okay with drugs.
