Preferred room and roommate description
I have a small business and need a room in Dallas. I live in Dallas mostly just weekdays and go out of town on weekends, I have a place in Johnson county. Occasionally I stay in town over a weekend. I am not very choosy in a roommate, male, female, at least 25 years of age and mature. Looking for roommate that understands privacy and mutual respect. I play guitar, do web development, and run commercial woodworking company. I am quiet and clean, and mostly work at the computer when I am in. I have a woman in my life already, not interested in any monkey business.
