Preferred room and roommate description

Hello, my name is Doug & I am searching for a nice, comfortable "homey" space. Not just 4 walls and a bed. A place I can "come home to" ! I have my own furniture so that would not be needed. I am a very clean & neat individual (NOT OBSESSIVE!!) who doesn't mind helping out around the house! I'm pretty easy going, down to earth & with NO DRAMA!! I get along with most adults, kids, & animals & I'm pretty sure they get along with me as well! I do not drink or drug (and yet not too boring!!). However, I do smoke cigarettes (outside of course!). I am very respectful of a person's privacy and space and I hope for the same in return. That, of course, is not to say there's anything wrong with a shared meal or conversation occasionally - I prefer not being total strangers under the same roof. Maybe even become friends. Oh ya, did I mention that I"m in construction (build homes), so if anything is in need of repair, I can probably fix it!! So with all that said, I'm sure you'll find me to be a great roommate!
