A stable person good references and job. I have a nice place 2 rooms available so you could have a BR and a Den possibly. Apartment has security system. Free massage 1 x a week nice gym. I am a divorced male kids are mostly grown. I see them occasionally now not as much as when they were younger. I like my place but because of the child support I need a room mate or need to move to a smaller place maybe not as convienent as walking 3 blocks to work. I am easy going. Do not party. Pretty much a loner I work and enjoy my privacy.
