New basement apartment remodeling is in progress. Currently adding a new kicken and laundry room. Rooms have large closets, daylight windows, A/C, nice new tile, very nice new drop ceiling, and are very quiet because of the newly installed insulation in the walls and ceiling for sound resistance.
