You will live in the first floor (no need of going up the stairs :), utilities included:
1.TV set and cable TV
2. Bed set with queen mattress
3. Closet
4.A kitchen (shared)
5. High speed internet
6. Parking space.
Plus, your bedroom window faces a lake with blue waters that you can contemplate every morning.
Bathroom not in the room, however, you are going to be the only one using it, so you can have whatever you want in it.
The community is Cutler Bay, near the turnpike, US-1 and the Southland mall. Exit 11 in the turnpike.
The clubhouse has a gym and a pool. Very safe community!
We require 1 month deposit.
Note: you must be willing to submit to a background check, since it's a requirement from the asociation. It's $5 at the local police.
