I'm looking for a female preferably but possibly a super clean responsible male. You MUST be employed securely, have worked at same job for 3-4+ months, proof of income and MUST be respectful and clean. You must provide your own groceries, soap, toilet paper and laundry detergent...this should be a no brainer for most. I'm looking for a responsible person who knows and understands when rent is due...NO excuses, or reason why you don't have it OR don't make me have to ask for it from you. Rent is due on the first (or bi weekly depending how you want to do it) and after the 5th of the month there will be a 10% late charge.
