Looking for roommate to share 3BR apt, 1BR converted into home office. VERY clean and quiet, I would expect the same. Very active social life, friends, family and playing sports, very rarely home so I am looking for someone extremely honest as well. Background check and reference may be required. Rent includes everything, heat, hot water, electric, gas, telephone, cable and internet. I love to cook so there is always food in the house which I am willing to share but if your tastes are different your on your own for food. I do smoke only mostly socially and usually outside.
