Preferred room and roommate description
I'm single and rasing my two grand children 4 and 5 years old I have a room that I can rent you can have the bigest room that I sleep in once in a while or you can have the room my grand daughter has it has a bathroom of its own it don't have a shower just a bear claw tub. I'm unable to work so I rent out one room. The only rule I have is that the room must be clean at all times cause I have the house up for sale and the realitor always calls at the last minute to show the house and it needs to be clean.
