Preferred room and roommate description
Im a graduate student and work full time. I stay pretty busy throughout the week. Im relatively clean , quiet and a great cook. The room is furnished but if you have your own stuff we get rid of what you don't want. The unit is 2bed /2bath on the 14th floor with a great view of coconut grove with a little bit of an ocean view. Its really great in the mornings. The buildings comes with 24 hour security , conceirge, gym, pool, internet, cable, water and garbage.
I do have a little dog thats is 20lbs. She never barks and just sleeps all day.
Im looking for someone that is motived like myself, quiet and relatively clean. And someone that can chill and go out to have a few drinks every once in a while.
