Furnished Room Available NOW! In a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home, quiet neighborhood, nice view, Granite Hills area, El Cajon. No traffic near the house as I am on a dead end street. Room is furnished with a double bed, TV, dresser, table, etc. Home has central heat and air, hard wood floors throughout, fire place, BBQ, pool, spa, etc. Included in rent is use of washer, dryer, kitchen, pool, and spa. Cable, internet (wireless), central heat and air, all utilities included, bath shared with one other. Safe parking on the street in front of house. Freeway 8 is less than a mile from house. About 15 min. to SDSU and 20 mins. to the airport and beaches. Close to restaurants, shopping and bus. Two people live here. I am the home owner, single middle aged female. I rent one room to a mature male. He has been here over 8 months. We are easy to get along with, cool people with good sense of humors. We are open minded and fairly quiet. This is a quiet home and safe neighborhood. No big parties, maybe a few family or friends over now and then. I have a small (old) dog and a cat, both friendly and both go in and out with use of a dogie door. There is some tobacco use in the house, not in the bedrooms. I keep the home neat and clean and expect the same from a tenant. I'm looking to rent to a single (one) person only, no couples or pets or boy friend/girl friend over all the time. Age gender is not as important as being responsible, mature respectful of others. You must be able to show you are employed or able to pay the rent. Rent is $600.00, (includes all utilities) a month and $600 security/cleaning deposit. I prefer to rent the room for a minimum of three months, long term is even better, if we 'click'.
