Your room comes completely furnished with queen sized sleigh bed, dresser, and mini desk. Full access to house, kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry in garage. Rent includes utilities including water, electricity, gas, trash, wireless internet, cable tv. (if the utilities go up a lot, you may be asked to pay some). You get your own bathroom that is not attached to the room. If you work in Corona, Ontario, or downtown Riverside, your commute would only be about 10-15 minutes. Seeking full time employed or student, responsible, clean, friendly, and easy going. The house is quiet and stable. If you like quiet, this is a good place for you.
