I'm looking for a roommate that is clean and not the always party at home type, is neat and respectful of other other peoples property as if it's their own and keeps a place company ready. This is a great location I'm right by Loyola Park 1/2 block from Lake Michigan and Loyola-Leone Beach this eight-block-long beach runs from Pratt Avenue to Touhy Avenue, making it one of the city's largest. It's part of both Loyola Park and Leone Park. It boasts a fishing pier, picnic grounds, softball fields, a basketball court and a state-of-the-art wooden playground and a junior lifeguard program. Nearby is the Heartland Cafe-on-the-Lake, which offers a lake view and a vegetarian-friendly menu. The condo is about 8 blocks from Loyola and Tricoci University's, 3.5 miles from Northwestern University, about 5.0 miles from Northeastern University. 8.5 miles from Michigan Avenue Water Tower Place. The home is part of a series of geometric, cubic homes with overhanging, flat roofs designed by Wright in the early 20th century. The condo complex is a new gut rehab in 2006 in the neighborhood of East Roger's Park in Chicago. I own the condo I will be in and out time to time, and get my mail and check up on things and do maintenance, clean, etc. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo, 1/2 block from CTA, 2 blocks from El Red line, 5 blocks from Metra train stop for Rodger's Park at Lunt and Clark Street's. Their is nearby shopping, restaurants, movie theater and health clubs also bike and running trails along Lake Michigan. Condo is furnished except one bedroom. I use a roommate agreement lease, and all utilities are included in monthly payment.
