I have a room available in my 3 bedroom house. My home has hardwood floors, a dishwasher and a gas fireplace. The main living areas are furnished. The room is currently unfurnished, but I have some bedroom furniture in the basement you could use. I live close to the COTA bus line that runs down High St so if you're a student or work downtown, it would be easy to get back and forth without having to drive and pay to park. I'm neat, pretty clean, friendly and respectful and am looking for the same in a renter. I like to go out and do things many evenings, but I'm pretty quiet at home. I'm looking for a drug-free roommate who doesn't drink much and is also pretty quiet at home. I'm a vegetarian, so it would be great if you are also or don't eat much, if any meat. I work out of the 3rd bedroom, so I'd like it if you work outside the home or go to school full-time. I have a friendly, very well-behaved black Lab/Shepherd mix and a laid back, friendly cat.
