This is a room with a private bath for $120 per week.Actually it could be called a furnished efficiency apartment(only difference is that there are common front and rear door entrances) because it is self contained with refrig microwave, tv, vcr dvd etc. The way the house is set up everyone has their privacy and respects the privacy of others. All utilities are included(including ,cable tv, Washer/dryer use,broadband internet, newspaper subscription. A Non-smoker, serious, quiet person who minds their own bussiness and has a life of their own is the one for this place. The house is located in the uptown/historic part of Columbus and is directly on the river and riverwalk(chattahoochee river) across the river from Phenix city, ala. Step out of the yard and you are on the riverwalk which extends about 18 miles along the river and even goes to ft. benning with many attractions.Or experience the revitalized downtown Columbus area just a short walk down my street(broadway) My house is walking distance to the civic center,skateboard park civil war museum, Rivercenter for the performing arts(an extension of Columbus State University), golden park(baseball),coka-cola space science center and fort benning(ft benning is not walking distance but easily accessable.
