Seeking a roommate to share 2 br apartment with fun, student/military couple! The apartment is located in Kings Contrivance which is close to shopping centers with easy access to all major HWYS. All utilities will be included in the pricing (water, electric, cable/internet). The room is very large, carpeted and has a walk-in closet. Also includes a full private bathroom. Person must be able to tolerate obedient large dog and we also have a cat. Preferably female, but clean male would be acceptable. Must have a personal reference, be able to provide information to prove employment and/or copy of credit report and have the first and last months rent upon moving in.
