Honestly I would say that this would be the ideal room for someone a college student or someone just starting off...the room is a nice size can fit up to a queen-size bed but u can see and judge for yourself. I currently don’t have any pictures right now but ready to show at any time after 3pm.

roommate gets own full bathroom, there is a TV in the room but u can take it out if you don’t want it in there. nice size walk in closet

I do have a washer/dryer and alarm system as well!!!

Looking for someone who is clean, who understands the meaning of paying bills on time!!!

everything will be split down the middle each bill will be discussed so that there are no misunderstanding.

If I was to guess I would say that you should spend no more then 500 a month 1/2 rent~300 lights~50 cable~60 water~10 Rent & Cable is the same every month, the only thing that might change is the lights and water due to usage!!

As for me, I work 2 jobs so im rarely home, I mind my own business, im very easy to get along with...so if interested contact me through email with information and a phone number and we can take it from there....................looking forward to this.
