Preferred room and roommate description

I have a lovely, yet homey and comfortable large bi-level 3 bedroom, 2 bath home to share. You would have:

* Your own unfurnished bedroom with colored TV on wall mount and decent sized closet ( If you need a furnished bedroom, let me know and I may consider furnishing it for the right person.)

* Your own huge living room, newly furnished and large screen TV.

* Your own private bathroom, located directly off your living room.

Common areas include: a furnished office with high speed internet, kitchen, and two-level deck in the fenced in private back yard and garage.

I am a single, professional female looking for the same - someone who is repsonsibile, dependable, drug-free, mature person with no criminal background and who uses little or no alcohol. We would split the utilities and if you are the type of person who is scrambling every month to pay the rent or pay it on time, you need not respond. Please don't take this the wrong way....I am a very fun-loving, people person. I just need to make sure my house is protected by making sure the mortgage is covered each month. I am looking for someone to move in by December 1st or earlier, if needed.
