Preferred room and roommate description

Hello, my name is Patrick. I'm 24 and a student at UCCS. I am looking for a roommate roughly my age to join me and my two birds. I have a private room with private full bath for rent in a furnished condo in Rockrimmon (Northwest Colorado Springs), about five miles from UCCS, US Air Force Academy and the Garden of the Gods as well as easy interstate access. Rent is $400, plus security deposit, on a six month lease. This is just so if we don't get along, we are not stuck together for a long time. Rent includes utilities, trash, local phone service, high speed Internet connection, and satellite television with Tivo. Condo features a full modern kitchen and laundry facilities in unit. The restricted access complex has a tennis court, pool, hot tub, exercise and club rooms. The condo has a spectacular view of mountains and and your room has a private access to balcony. The room has a closet, full bed with mattress as well as bookshelf and drawers built in, and a desk with hutch and chair. I also have a Nintendo Wii that you are welcome to use. As far as the security deposit is concerned, the landlord and I are willing to work out a payment plan with the right person.
