I have a room of 12 1/2 ft x 10.3 ft ready to rent in a nice area of Spring Valley, in San Diego County. The location is very well near to colleges, malls, the city of San Diego, Rancho San Diego, 125 freeway, SDSU, Cuyamaca College, Grossmount College.This area is quiet and clean, but not far from all the attractions. So if you would like to have a nice quiet evening but as well, a quiet area to just relax, then look no more and get in contact with me. I would say this area is for young professionals, scholars, military, and students who want to have some quiet time after a long day at the field, office or school. I am a professional Male who is clean and neat looking for a roomate who is responsible, respectful, easy going, clean and willing to help out around the house. Drug free home! SO NO DRUGS. A good down to earth, family oriented roommate. Smoking is ok as long as it is kept outside. This room has its own full bath located on the main level. Utilities are not included. I have 3 dogs. so NO CATS! Smoker Ok with Respectable habits and no smoking inside the house. Open minded to any Personal Preferences. House is furnished and all amenities are open for use.
