I am a High School Band and Orchestra Teacher, and they don't pay Teachers enough, so I need some help with the overhead.
Since I have had several Daughters, I got used to having them around. I am not looking for Daughter type roommates, just that the room was decorated to be a guest room for Daughters and their babies, for when they visit ... but they are all so far away that they never seem to be able to come! So, I am going to rent it out instead, and a man would not feel comfortable in the room decorated the way it is. It is very small, but the ambiance here in Coconut Grove is great, with a Tropical feel, lots of shade, and sometimes wild peacocks walking around. Also, great quiet neighbors.
