I have a room for rent in my condo. Just bring your own bed and TV. Utilities included except for food. Sorry I don't have storage so only things that can fit in your bedroom. No pets. 1 parking spot included in rent. I am quiet and insist on the same. I have internet access, cable, central air. carpet. basement. 1 1/2 bath. You have access to every room in the condo except for my bedroom. Very nice and clean. I have Asthma so ABOSOLUTELY NO SMOKING.
