The house is four bedroom house with two bathrooms. There is a large basement for storage that also contains a new washer and dryer. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. The first floor has all hard-wood floors. The bedrooms have carpenting. All three of the current roommates work professionally pretty much 8:00ish to 6:00ish. So the house usually stays pretty quiet at least definitely during the week. The house is very close to the main strip on Coventry (probably like a ten minute walk). The rent is $350 plus we split the tv (AT&T Uverse), internet (wireless), electric and heat expense. We are losing our fourth roommate so we are pretty much just looking for someone to finish off the lease with us (which ends in July).
