--> 5 min walking from the bar strip on Coventry Rd. --> Very cheap rent $350+utilities --> House with garage and drive way --> Has it's own yard, which is taken care of by the land lord. --> The house is in very good condition. Almost everything is renovated. New furnice, dishwasher, new washer and new drier. --> We have Wi-Fi high speed interenet available, and also AT&T Uverse hooked in each room plus the living room. --> We are 3 professional guys, working at Progressive Insurance. We try to keep the house in very good shape. We are respestful to the common area usage. --> While it's 5min walk to the bar strip, we are only minutes away from downtown, beachwood mall, university square, Case Western Reserve University, John Carroll Univeristy, and Cleveland Clinic.

We are looking for clean, respectful, and fun individuals (male or female does not matter) to fill one of the rooms available in the house. Our 4th roommate is moving out, so whenever you would like to move in, arrangements could be made according to your schedule.
