I am a SGT in the Army and go to school full time. I enjoy cooking and leftovers are usually fair game. I am a very clean person and ask that whoever moves in is sure to clean up after themselves. I will do the weekly cleaning as long as the person keeps up after themself. I do not mind children but pets are not allowed. Utilities will be split or a flat rate of $500 instead of $400 plus utilities is an option. Wireless internet and cable are both set up. Washer and Dryer are included in the apartment.
