I have one furnished or unfurnished 10x10 bedroom left with shared bathroom available in my four bedroom, two bath fully furnished house in Clairemont (Mount Aguilar and Mount Albertine Avenues). The house is very clean, no loud partying, smoking, drama or drugs. No other pets or room for sharing. Guests are welcome as long as they don't move in. Renters pay an equal share of the utilities, which run between $100-$145 each depending on water billing cycle. The security deposit is $250. Regular housecleaning is about $30 per month each. High speed internet access, cable (AT&T Uverse with premium channels) and unlimited digital phone calls in California are included in the monthly utilities. You're welcome to use the kitchen, new washer/dryer and living room, of course. The garage is pretty full with my car and stuff but there's plenty of off street and driveway parking. There is some room in the garage for boxes or other stuff. Six Month Lease, then month to month. About Me: I'm a civil rights lawyer and a teacher.
