Preferred room and roommate description
We are a couple in our mid 30's with a 10 year old daughter and a baby boy. We have 2 dogs. The dogs stay in the back yard or the sun room, not in the house. We are renting a completely furnished bedroom with it's own newly remodeled bathroom. We have previously had exchange students and it has worked out very well. However due to the slow economy enrollment is down and our extra room is currently unoccupied and available!!!
Our house is 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths. We have a laundry room, good size backyard with a jacuzzi. The house does have a garage, but it is full of all our toys, motorcycles, bikes, scooters, etc...Our neighborhood is very safe and usually pretty quiet.
We are friendly, responsible, and clean. We enjoy having friends over for BBQ's or to watch Football. We don't throw loud parties at our house and are pretty laid back.
The perfect roomate would be someone who likes kids, doesn't mind dogs, is drama free, responsible and clean.
The rent is $775/month and includes wireless internet & cable tv, as well as SDGE & water.
The room is completely furnished with a queen size bed, desk, wall unit and even a flat screen tv. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. We are close to the 805, 52, 15, & 5 freeways.
