Preferred room and roommate description

Lost my roommates of five years. I am willing to rent below market in exchange for minimal assistance for this senior citizen with mobility problems. Help needed in carrying items upstairs; bringing in mail; trips to the recycle room; water plants on patio and so forth. I have a car on the premises and am able to shop and run errands. I have two HD large screen TV's downstairs and in my master bedroom. The room for rent has a 24" standard TV w/VHS & DVD player. I would ask you share in the cable connections and recently rewired AT&T U-Verse internet service and in bi-weekly housekeeping service and shared expenses such as power. There is a washer and dryer in a closet off the hallway and hot water is included in my Homeowner dues. Easy going homeowner addicted to Netflix.
