Preferred room and roommate description

I'm a student in culinary school for pastry and baking right now in Orlando to become a pastry chef. I'm from Indiana originally, went to Purdue for a while majoring in Photography, but I wasn't happy(I still love art and photo though) so I'm trying something different now and I love it. I'm moving to Chicago to do my internship for school at the restaurant Hot Chocolate with the fabulous chef Mindy Segal. I won't be in town until December to move in but I am hoping to plan out things like this so I feel a little better about the move. I'll be very busy betweenn working and my intership so I'm very focused at what I do, but like going out once in a while to keep a balance. I'm very artsy and into music. I'm about to turn 21 in January. I have a small dog, she is 5 years old, very sweet and laid back just like me.
