Preferred room and roommate description

I'm an older college student with a busy schedule. I will be going to class, writing for the school paper and working as a server a few nights a week. I can be very reserved or very sociable, depending on the situation, but at home I keep it low key. If I ever have free night, either going out and getting drunk or staying in and reading are equally attractive. I'm looking for someone who can help keep an apartment clean (not spotless, just clean), who themselves keep busy (no couch potatoes), but who can let loose every so often. Preferable if you don't have too much stuff as I have a ton and don't want to get rid of it.
