I was hired by ITT in Morton Grove and am commuting from my house in Montgomery. I'm looking for a place to call home on M,T,W,Th nights. My needs are simple: want my own room and place to shower. I'd prefer cable & internet and all bills included in price. I'm single, no kids, & easygoing. I drink on average a beer every other night. I like darts, pool, bowling, and most other sports as well. In good weather I like to run a mile every couple days.
My reasons for renting when I own a home are I want that extra couple hours a day from my commute back and I'm looking to meet new people and make new friends. I've always had more fun when with roommates and want to get that back in my life.
$400 including bills is my limit but please consider renting to me until you can find a roommate who can meet your price. As I own a home I have a place to go back to. I don't intend on bringing so much stuff that it can't fit into a single car trip. If we click, I could stay as long as my employment doesn't change.
