Preferred room and roommate description

I have a great room in the lovely suburb of Prospect Heights. All utilities are included except phone. There is also a wired connection for internet as well as an airport system. This room is in the lower level of my home. There are three bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, and living room (sofa sleeper) downstairs. There is also a full sized freezer so space isn't an issue. I am 49 and live upstairs with my mom (80), her caretaker Elizabeth (49), and Eric (60). Sam (31) and Appu (33) share the downstairs. When there were three downstairs, they would give Elizabeth $25.00 a week and she would clean the heck out of it. A great deal. The people are really nice. They pretty much keep to themselves and are quiet and clean. There are a couple of cats that roam the house. If you have allergies, this might not work. Each room has a lock for your privacy. The house sits on 3/4 acre. The yard is immense and does have a nice above ground pool. There's a large deck and some beautiful rock gardens are starting to appear here. I've only been here for one summer. The neighborhood is real nice and safe. If you want to play around with a vegetable garden, that would be great. I'd buy the plants. I'm looking for someone that is responsible, clean, and has the basic socialization skills needed to be a good room mate. If you like what you've read, call me for more info. Thanks...Ed
