Preferred room and roommate description
I have a lovely hardwood floor room for rent in nice neighborhood in Chesapeake
(if you don't appreciate hardwood, then carpet can be put down)
I am asking $450 for the room, however will do $350 for a person that will help clean house. I will consider between $250 - $350 for a person that can help me with office adminstrative work and cleaning work.
(I also have a room available in the Kempsville Section of Virginia Beach if interested)
I would like a quiet person with no extra drama in their life. I expect a responsible adult as I am the same.
It would be wonderful if you have any of the following characteristics (skills in housekeeping you are willing to share, administrative / office skills you are willing to share) -
House near Cambridge Manor / Indian River section of Chesapeake. (Right by old Ford Plant, zip code 23325). Home is 4.5 miles from downtown norfolk and approx 4 miles from Greenbrier Mall. Minutes away from I64, I264, & I464.
You will have access to the rest of the house; living room, kitchen and full size washer and dryer.
I ask that you pay 100% of gas bill and 50% of remaining utility bills.
Deposit Negotiable (as is most things in life)
Sorry, no pets, no couples, no smoking in the house, no drug dealers, no drugs, no super party animals.
