Hickory Flat/Woodstock. Half way from Canton to Alpharetta near Hwy 140. Front door is your personal entry area w/closet. Front room w/sat dvr service. Plus bedroom, also w/sat and dvr service. Share kitchen, dining, back patio,and downstairs laundry. Also share guest bedroom for any company. Hall bath is 95% yours, but must be ok for my guests. Connected carport parking is best for compact and maby for suv. I try to keep the house clutter-free and clean. I'm not a neat freak or a slob. Low key, no drama, smoke outside only.
