Great room with bunk bed in a new and clean apartment available ASAP!

- I'm currently living in the room, but I have to go back to Denmark before expected - and need somebody to take over the room as soon as possible.

$1500 per month is everything included! To move in there is a one month deposit. And you pay first and last month in advance. So total move in cost is $4500

That's a lot of money, BUT this apartment is great! It is by far the best, newest and most clean one that I've seen in New York - and here in Chelsea you have everything you out on 6th ave and 7th ave just around the corners! Very close to metro line 1,2 and 3.

Everything is new....2 bathrooms...great dinner table and sofa arrangement in the living room with new flatscreen tv and cable. Once a week there's a cleaning lady coming by to clean the apt.

Free wifi in the whole apt which consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room area.. The other ones staying here are all young professionals in their 20ties.. all of us are from europe. Germany, France, Spain, Denmark (me)

Anyway call me or mail - I need to go back to Denmark as soon as possible... but I can't go before I find a roommate to take over my room - otherwise I will lose 2 months rent - and I've only been here for 3 weeks.
