We have 1 bedroom available for rent RIGHT NOW in our 3bedroom 2bathroom house in Cleveland TN.

1200 sq ft house 2 story (looks small in pics but its decent living space) Upstairs Bedroom 13.5 ft by 10.5 ft Closet 10.5 ft by 2.5 ft Hunter green carpet, Tan brown walls, white doors and trim Downstairs private Bathroom 9ft by 5ft Sink with large counter space, cabinets and drawers, mirror, toilet, shower/tub

House is located in quiet neighborhood NW Cleveland right near exit 25 off I-75. Near gas stations, restaurants, shopping, etc. Only 30mi drive to Chattanooga. Ooltewah and Athens not far off either. Convenient for Lee University and/or Cleveland State students

Rent would be $350 on the 1st of the month. $200 deposit required with move in - $100 refundable with move out You would have your own private bathroom with shower. You would pay 1/3 of Utilities, 1/2 of Digital Cable (if used), and 1/2 of DSL high speed wireless Internet (if used) You will have access to our washer/dryer and shared use of the kitchen.

Must be a NON-Smoker! We would like someone mature, responsible, and considerate as we had some issues with our last roommate. Someone who is quiet, clean, and maybe not home very often would work out well with us. We tend to come and go a lot at various hours. We would prefer someone who will NOT have overnight guests. No drugs! No parties! No Guns! Someone who can respect our property.

No lease to sign! Month-to-Month basis or longer if you would like to stay long term. Just sign a roommate agreement with us.

We are a couple female 29 and male 33 college graduates. We have one medium sized adopted dog. Mix of golden retriever and shar pei. He gets locked up in our room when we are gone. We would prefer NOT to have any additional animals in the house.
