Preferred room and roommate description
I live in a remarkably quiet and well kept neighborhood that is no more than 15 minutes away from downtown Charlotte, Lake Norman, Davidson, University Area, Concord Mills, and Northlake. You can have an unfurnished or partially furnished (dresser, mirror, chest, headboard and rails but no mattress or box spring) room. You will use the full bath with tub w/ shower. For an extra $50/mo you can use a space in the garage. Beautiful spacious house with large kitchen, living room, dining room, and bonus room. You will have plenty of privacy and space. Power, Water, Cable, Gas and WI-FI are ALL included. I'm a really chill female, 26, and I work from home. I don't do drugs, drink or smoke and I should hope you wouldn't either, but drinking in moderation is cool and smoking outside is ok. I have 2 dogs, they are nice, quiet, non shedding and house trained.
