To Whom It May Concern: Ron Cox was already living at Woods Condominiums when I moved there in 1996. I have known him for twelve years as a good neighbor who is very concerned with his community. Ron Cox and I served on the board together during a difficult time for the association. As members of a new Board of Directors, we were faced with a budget deficit, an increase in vehicle break-ins, and one resident who continually disrupted the lives of neighbors. Although two members of the board quit rather than face the difficulties, Ron remained on the board and put in a lot of time and effort toward finding solutions to the issues at hand. With great input and a lot of hard work from Ron, the board was able to get the budget under control and fund the reserves. With Ron’s help, the board was able to address the increase in crime and we saw a dramatic decrease in car break-ins. Furthermore, Ron addressed the issues with the disruptive resident and through Ron’s counseling, the resident became much less a problem over time.
