Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 28 yr old professional who is as laid back as they come. I know how to be a very respectful roomate and I happen to be looking for the same in return. I am essentially a workaholic. I am home during the day (working), and I go into the office until 1am M-F. I also like to have a good time, but nothing excessive. I am looking for a minimum 6 month lease. I am open to re-evaluate my living situation at that time. Basically, I am looking to save as much money as I can and this is the best way to do it.
