I am a finance professional who needs a room to rent in a nice safe location in the Balentyne/Charlotte area. I will be there for at least 6 months and possibly several years. I have a wife in New York ,who will possibly visit once every couple of months. She is a professional in New York. I will most likely be going back to New York every weekend. I am not a smoker, do not drink. I will be involved in my business and at my office most of time. Just need a clean, safe, nice neighborhood. to be able to go to at night to sleep. I am an avid reader and enjoy watching a little TV to relax.
