Preferred room and roommate description

Clean, easy going male - prefers living with female - native of Charlotte. Have moved back to the area to care for 2 elderly parents who have now passed. Have their home for sale. Work in sales, currently out of the home so would prefer to have a little work space, phone and internet connect. Have 2 cars and a cat, personal effects. Was a builder, so can be handy around the house. Obviously willing to kick-in with the house work. Will do all within my power to make your living experience the most enjoyable it can be.
