Hey! I am trying to find a responsible roommate to rent 1br in my 2br 1ba apartment at James Towne Village. The apartment is first floor and the complex has a pool, tennis court, basketball court, and is well kept. The rent would include water, electric, cable, internet, washer and dryer. The room is spacious and has a closet as well as two more closets in the hall. I am a 24 yr old single female. I am not uptight but not a crazy partier either. I work and go to school most of the day so if you are a home body, you have the place to yourself. I look forward to hearing from you.
