Master bedroom for rent, includes queen bed. The townhouse is a newer build (2005), the room has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan & a nice view of fountain & pond in back as well as, a full private bathroom and large closet. Washer & Dryer available for use. Designated parking. Rent includes all utilities, cable, wireless Internet and full use of all household items downstairs in common areas.
I'm a single professional female, with 1 dog & 1 cat.
Would appreciate a responsible, mature & clean person to share my place with. Must have a job or dependable income (if a student). If you have a pet, we would need to discuss - some are ok, some are not.
Neighborhood is located off Hwy 78, near Berlin G Myers Parkway and is only 4 min's to I-26 (as well as, from all major shopping/restaurants off N. Main St.), 7 min's to Trident Hospital, (CSU) Chas Southern University, 10 to 15 min's to North Chas/Mall, etc, 20 min's to West Ashley & 25 min's to downtown Chas.
MUST meet & greet before deciding & will gladly show the room to interested parties. (Yes, GA area code, but I am a SC resident.)
