We are two females (22-25) seeking for another female responsible, neat and pay bills on time. It's on James Island called “ The Retreat ”, half way between the Folly beach and downtown Charleston. Please no pet and non-smoker. It's a quiet three-bedroom, two bathroom luxury condo. The condo has a gas fireplace, screen-in, and outdoors porches, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the condo, cable TV, wireless internet. The condo complex is double gated, has a pool, and fitness center. Must share in cleaning responsibilities for common use areas. There is off street parking. This is the master bedroom with a bathroom is unfurnished. The room is $500 plus utilities.
