Preferred room and roommate description
Seeking female roommate beautiful townhouse, great neighborhood and relaxing scenery… I am a Christian female in my late 20’s who is dedicated to both my faith, career and community activities. I am looking for a wonderful new roommate!
I do not drink, smoke, have any pets nor have wild parties or anything dramatic like that. I am very friendly, responsible, easy to get along with and keep a nice/clean house. I am looking for female without a pet, non-smoker, non- wild partier who would find the environment like my home enjoyable.
The townhouse is 1,500 sq feet only a few years old with new furniture. The bedroom available is a master-sized room on the 2nd floor with your own bathroom. There is a 3rd room that is used for crafts and out-of-town guests. The room available is fully furnished with a full bed (so need to rent a truck or drag stuff upstairs).
The townhouse has an open field in the back yard as well as a screened porch for relaxing. The kitchen is large, but I rarely use it. The community has a pool and lots of sidewalks for walking or jogs. This is a very safe community filled with young couples, young professionals and some retired folks too. It is only 5 minutes from I-26 and 15 minutes away from Northwoods mall. It is also only 5 minutes to historic cute downtown Summerville.
Rent is $500—which includes internet, cable (downstairs), pool fees & landscaping and active alarm system to the Summerville Police Department. The only utilities would be half of water and electric—which runs between $55-$80.
References are required as I will share that with you too. Employment is also required as well as a refundable $500 deposit. Please contact me with any questions.
