Spacious and clean room available with private bath and huge walk-in closet in a 2 bedroom townhome. It is furnished with twin bed, computer table,lamps and chair. Vanity has enough storage for your personal items.
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking pots and pans, china and silver wares,etc.
Washer/dryer is inside the unit and home has a monitored alarm system. There is a 2 car covered carport behind the unit so parking is not a problem.
I don't live there but another guy does since March 2008. He is quiet,clean and a very private person and expects his roommate to be clean also, meaning will help him maintain the cleanliness of the unit.
